I facilitated the training between Trade Train and the new employees at TRT. Trade Train used a combination of in classroom and in the workshop teaching styles. A plan was agreed to with TRT, Trade Train and employees and this plan was maintained and achieved. Each employee has expressed the positive learning and outcomes has been a "buzz", and they have learnt some valuable techniques. TRT will use Train Trade again.

I found the training that Wayne Vessey was doing was a very good exercise for someone that realistically has little book work experience. I found that I was able to relate very well with what Wayne was saying and the way he explained the information. Also if we had any questions (even if I was just talking about general workshop practice) he was always keen to answer and help in anyway.

I find this Training really good and the trainer Wayne Vessey is awesome I'd say because I had no experience of welding before, this was actually my first time and I did pretty well all because of the trainer. I enjoyed this training course.
