Protech Stainless, founded by Tony Brinkworth and Simon Richards in April 2004, emerged from a shared vision to deliver top-notch craftsmanship in the stainless fabrication sector. What began as a partnership between two individuals has evolved into a thriving enterprise, boasting a team of 30 skilled professionals and a spacious workshop spanning over 1600m².
Both Tony and Simon, besides being co-owners, serve as Directors and hands-on Managers, actively steering Protech towards becoming a globally renowned entity in stainless fabrication. Their dedication to establishing a reputation for reliability and superior product quality has been unwavering since day one, and they remain committed to upholding these standards.
Leadership at Protech isn’t merely a title; it’s a hands-on commitment demonstrated by the Directors’ direct involvement in day-to-day operations and customer projects. With a leadership team boasting between 16 to 36 years of individual experience, Protech leverages over 150 years of collective wisdom in the stainless fabrication industry. Protech takes immense pride in its hard-earned reputation as a dependable supplier renowned for exceptional workmanship. Upholding rigorous standards set from inception, the company remains steadfast in its commitment to meeting and exceeding these benchmarks every single day.

This was really good training and I picked up new skills that I know now learning slowly. This training helped me learn new things.
Raynil
The training given to the new employee's has been very valuable, giving them confidence and opening up a larger range of duties they can perform.
Brett (Foreman)
I found the training that I was given very helpful. My welding has improved a lot in the time I've been getting training. I think I could have gone a lot further in my learning though if I had better welding experience in my time at Wintec, I think the course was more focused on the machining side of engineering rather than the fabrication and welding overall. I have definitely benefited from my training.
Morgan
Very good, has helped a lot with the basic steps I need too take to push me further in this industry. Thanks.
Tim
Thanks for the training Wayne. Top notch as usual the training in welding, tape measure and calcs is an added bonus and will benefit Tim immensely.
