Shaping Tomorrow: How Stafford Engineering Benefited From Personalised Training

As engineers we tend to not be great teachers + often all to focused on getting things done today and not recognising that we need to teach others how to do it tomorrow, it's good to dedicate a person like Wayne to give some 1 on 1 tuition and get the trainee off to a good start.
