The training Wayne has given these guys has been very beneficial to getting them to a standard, that enables us to get them working productively within a short period of time. As we struggle to have proper one on one tutoring onsite, the few days Wayne has given them gets these guys a few months ahead in skill base where by to get them to this level without extra training takes a great longer. Very pleased with the results.

Training provided has allowed NDA to employ individuals with lower skill levels in welding that we may not have considered for rolls in the past due to cost associated with on the job training. Will look at using this service in future for new apprentices and semi skilled employees.

Excellent tutor knew a lot about what we were being taught. Wayne also knew how to apply/teach is in a practical way that backed up the theory well. I feel I have learnt a lot and developed skills and theory that I personally don't think many people could teach in the time frame of just under a week. I have found the training from Wayne to be very helpful. Wayne's knowledge of welding and polishing has helped me to learn in the correct way. Thanks Wayne for the training, being a first time welder and not knowing what a TIG, Stick or MIG welder even looked like, I definitely know now and feel confident in what I have learnt over the time we have had together.
