About

RES Engineering, formerly known as Rukuhia Engineering Ltd, is an engineering company based in Hamilton. They manufacture and install fuel tanks and pipework, ranging from 500 litres to 4950 litres.

The company is involved in making and upgrading equipment for the dairy and meat works industry. They design and fabricate new fuel tanks and refurbish upgraded and modified tanks, providing necessary certifications and tank approvals. RES Engineering also handles upgrades to fuel pipelines and steam lines, either on-site or in their workshop. Their team includes four site engineers who specialise in welding and fabrication, and they handle process engineering, silo installations and servicing, walkways, safety handrails, and galvanised pipe yards. They install airline pipework in plastic, aluminum, and steel and are site-safe approved to work from elevated platforms. Their site service engineers cover airline and product dispensing pipework across the North Island.

RES Engineering offers comprehensive general fabrication services, with the capability to weld alloys, steel, and stainless steel. As a service engineering company, their staff hold various certifications, including site-safe, confined space entry, working at heights, and appropriate welding certificates. They also have a certified BA welding engineer for specialised confined space projects.
