Precision and Confidence: Domett Enhances Skills with Trade Train NZ

Wayne Vessey conducted training sessions on site. Training days were agreed to in advance. Training was classroom style but mainly practical on the job. Focus was on what we require for Domett, but also a refresher course on welding skills. Wayne fitted in around the rest of the production team, so didn't effect them.

The training I was given included measuring techniques and drill sharpening. The two subjects were well explained. easy to learn from the tutor and valid for the work I am undertaking.

The training I was given by Wayne through Trade Train NZ is very valuable in my pursuit of a career in engineering. The skills I was taught will definitely help me to advance a lot faster and be a much more productive emploee then I would have been with just my basic pre trade training which I have found out is the completely the wrong way to be conducting tasks in the engineering industry. I have gained valuable skills, techniques and knowledge in welding, measuring equipment and conducting a range of valuable workplace tasks.
